GAO’s long term fiscal outlook
GAO’s federal government long term outlook (fiscal)
in summary: the usa is fucked. thanks, federal reserve!
but i strongly encourage you to read for yourself and see why.

encyclopedia of american traitors – discography
…maybe i’ll actually start updating this regularly again.
wrongfully arrested… and then forcibly stripped/sexually assaulted. by deputies.
this is somewhat dated, but it seems to only now be getting widespread attention.
…so why was the cam (dash and jail) repeatedly off? what’s being hidden?
…and get this – the DEPUTIES are suing. that’s right. the deputies feel violated, over this.
rape with a badge is still rape.
there is no justice in our legal system. these corrupt assholes hold all the power, and with virtual impunity.
it’s official – every point/claim made was a lie.

obama’s continuing RENDITION (aka extraordinary rendition). which means… that every fucking piece of bullshit he criticized bush/mccain/repubs/then status quo – he’s doing. he is no better than bush. and perhaps worse.
but this is probably the most outlandish and obvious – as virtually everyone was against rendition. who’s for it? really?
and for the love of fuck… what HASN’T he lied about? what has he delivered on? i could list all of the lies right now, but i’m just too lazy. but the most obvious are this, the patriot act, fisa, carnivore, etc…
and the above link is from the ny times – which is about as pro-obama as it gets. and even they’re slamming him.
wake up, dumbasses. our federal government is a trainwreck.
trainwreck – of concrete canyons and inner wastelands

bad philly cops
i barely update this anymore, but i guess i should make another post.
the last post i made about bad philly cops involved narcotics squads routinely robbing convenience stores and destroying their security cameras… and busting them on trumped up paraphernalia charges – for having zip-lock bags for sale.
since then, there have been a seemingly endless amount of cops busted/on trial for supplying drug dealers, selling “protection,” defrauding charter schools, and various other forms of corruption. like this one.
recently, a cop assaulted and arrested a woman (bullshit charge of aggravated assault against a police officer)… because his son rear-ended her car (and fled the scene). he even went as far as telling his son (in spanish) to lie and say that she/someone pulled a gun on them. the convenience store clerk spoke spanish. the incident was reported to internal affairs and they began an investigation. during which time, officers harassed the store workers and tried to get them to destroy the video tapes which captured the officer’s (and son’s) guilt.
and even worse… IA claimed to have found no wrong-doing. the entire system is crooked. witness tampering, conspiracy to destroy evidence, BLATANTLY false/malicious arrest/imprisonment, aggravated assault, etc… AND the hit and run. wtf!?
at best, one could speculate that they simply didn’t have the resources to investigate, with having to investigate other, higher-profile, dirty cops. at worst, they’re above the law.
and this has been overshadowed by the “domelights” case, an unofficial police site/message board run by a local police sergeant. which had rampant racism. to the point where it created a hostile working environment for black officers.
and when the story was reported, the cops harassed the reporters. big surprise, eh? that seems to be routine, these days – bad cops abusing their powers to harass those speaking out against their corruption. from bullshit parking tickets to having personal info spammed online to straight up (illegal) seizure of property. and probably worse.
a site that i’m on had some run-ins on domelights last year… where someone asked how the officers would react to open carrying of a firearm (legal in philly with a license to carry firearms, legal in the rest of pa without a license), which is obviously completely legal. he was met with immediate and constant derision. and worse, 3 different officers threatened to shoot him, if they saw him… and THEN check to see if he has a valid license. for legally carrying a holstered firearm. great bunch of guys. i was planning on linking it here, but they just removed it from their website. probably because of the legal attention they’re getting. although, you can read about it being discussed here, with some of the threats quoted.
sadly, this isn’t just a local problem. cops appear to be becoming more hostile/tyrannical, as well as other government agencies (homeland security, for example…)
to protect and serve? dictate and abuse.
something needs to be done about this. but the fact that they have total control makes for few options, none too effective, none efficient. awesome.
and they don’t want you to be armed/have the means to defend yourself. because that’s their job (supreme court ruled that it is NOT their duty to protect…). remember that if anyone (perhaps you?) asks why someone wants/needs to have a gun).
federal court says the constitution is meaningless
http://turnerradionetwork.blogspot.com/2009/06/outrage-chicago-gun-ban-upheld-court.html
repost (not my words):
June 2 (TRN) — American gun owners have been put in spectacular jeopardy by a federal court ruling that enables states or cities to ban all — ALL — firearms ownership! A Chicago ordinance banning handguns and automatic weapons within city limits was upheld by a U.S. Court of Appeals panel, which rejected a challenge by the National Rifle Association.
Right about now, you’re probably thinking these Judges are liberal, activist Judges. Not true. One was appointed by Gerald Ford, the other two by Ronald Reagan.
The unanimous three-judge panel ruled today that a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year, in the case “District of Columbia v. Heller, 128 S. Ct. 2783 (2008)” which recognized an individual right to bear arms under the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment, doesn’t apply to states and municipalities.
The court said the Heller case dealt with laws passed under federal authority, not state authority. As such an individual’s federal “right to keep and bear arms” not not extend to rights under state or local laws!
That’s not all. The Decision by the court states that “some” of the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution (Commonly known as “The Bill of Rights”) “do not apply to the states” while others, do!
Lastly, the Court ruling says that ideals that were important in the 1780’s when the Constitution was adopted, should give way to more contemporary views.
COMMENTARY:
This is the most spectacular act of judicial malfeasance I have ever witnessed. Yes, I said malfeasance (intentionally bad) rather than misfeasance (accidentally bad).
The Supreme Court interpretation of the Second Amendment is what overturned the gun ban in Washington DC. Whoever enacted that law mattered not. A “ban” on gun possession was unconstitutional, period.
Chicago has a ban on gun ownership and based upon the interpretation of the Second Amendment in the Washington, DC case, a ban is still Unconstitutional — no matter who enacted such a ban.
For these Judges to say a ban by the feds is unconstitutional under the Second Amendment but a ban by the states is permissible under that same Second Amendment, is not only absurd, it puts every gun owner in the nation at risk of his own state or local government banning gun ownership.
Instead of peaceful gun-rights efforts targeted at a single entity, the U.S. Congress, the political battlefield has just been opened to 50 state legislatures , 3,141 counties and county equivalents within the 50 States and the District of Columbia. They are categorized as follows:
3,007 entities named “County”
16 Boroughs in Alaska
11 Census Areas in Alaska (for areas not organized into Boroughs by the State)
64 Parishes in Louisiana
42 Independent Cities (1 in Maryland, 1 in Missouri, 1 in Nevada, and the remainder in Virginia)
1 District – the Federal District or District of Columbia. It gets worse. Inside those counties are:
19,429 municipalities;
16,504 townships;
35,052 special districts; and 1
3,506 independent school districts.Do the math and you now find that instead of having to deal with one national political entity, Congress, Gun owners must now face off with around 78,000 other governments at the state, county and municipal level. How’s THAT for stacking the deck against us?
This decision by the Seventh U.S. Circuit court of Appeals was absolutely political in its intent. It was specifically designed to break apart the “powerful gun lobby” and force us to square off with tens of thousands of additional government bodies.
We law-abiding gun owners defeated the opponents at the national level and now this single court has changed the rules. Now, instead of one national political target, we have just been put potentially at odds with literally tens of thousands of other governments!
The federal Judges at both the District Court and now at the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals have intentionally ignored the common language of the Second Amendment and have now intentionally ignored a clear ruling by the US Supreme Court on the matter.
All the years of peaceful legal challenges; all the years of peaceful appeals; all the years of peacefully and lawfully lobbying federal and state legislators, to achieve the penultimate goal of finally interpreting the meaning of the Second Amendment, only to have it all thrown in the trash by three Appellate Judges in a manner so sleazy and cunning as to deserve the ultimate response.
This is what happens folks, when YOU play by the rules. Government does not.
This is what happens when YOU have faith in the system. The government laughs at your blissful ignorance.
This is what happens when YOU believe the government is honorable. Our present government is not.
The government – and especially these three Judges – are cunning, ruthless, untrustworthy, disloyal, unpatriotic, deceitful scum. Their entire reason for existing is to accrue unto themselves, power over everything.
The only thing that has ever stood in the way of their achieving ultimate power is the fact that We The People have guns. Now, that is very much in jeopardy.
Government lies, cheats, manipulates, twists and outright disobeys the supreme law and founding documents of this land because they have not, in our lifetime, faced REAL free men willing to walk up to them and kill them for their defiance and disobedience.
Let me be the first to say this plainly: These Judges deserve to be killed.
They are traitors to the United States of America, they have intentionally violated the Constitution, they have now also intentionally ignored a major ruling by the US Supreme Court.
If they are allowed to get away with this by surviving, other Judges will act the same way.
These Judges deserve to made such an example of as to send a message to the entire judiciary: Obey the Constitution or die.
if you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention. a federal court just said that we have no rights. that the “supreme law of the land” (constitution) doesn’t mean anything. doesn’t protect any rights. just a piece of paper our current government has been wiping its enormous filthy ass with.
it’s incomprehensible. rights that can be taken away, by definition, are not rights.
this will almost certainly go before the supreme court. which makes this even more preposterous – we’ll be asking our government if we have rights or not (which again, is a joke… because a right is a right. it exists, regardless of what someone thinks/claims. it’s not a privilege). it’s hard to get more totalitarian than that.
our founding fathers revolted for less. much less.
another dhs memo – you’re all terrorists/extremists
http://www.tdbimg.com/files/2009/04/30/-hsra-domestic-extremism-lexicon_165213935473.pdf
it includes virtually everyone.
they define “extremist groups” as: “An ideologically driven organization that advocates or attempts to bring about political, religious, economic, or social change through the use of force, violence, or ideologically motivated criminal activity.”
now, the problem is that, because of ridiculously stupid/tyrannical/totalitarian laws/acts/etc – virtually everything to them is either violent or criminal. for instance, under aeta – protesting is a crime. using chalk on a sidewalk is vandalism. and they’ve claimed that property destruction is “violent” for many years now (even though the DOJ claims that it’s not. it’s a double-standard they use against their opposition). better not hurt a corporation’s $ – that’s violent!
most angering: anarchists (now a political belief warrants being under suspicion of terrorism?!), animal rights (what?!), black bloc (civil disobedience is terrorism?!), environmentalists (?????), militia movement, patriot movement (our founding fathers = terrorists), sovereign citizen movement (WTF?! believing in the fucking constitution makes one an extremist!?), tax resistance movement…
they repeatedly claim that anarchists, animal rights activists, environmentalists, green anarchists, and etc use “violence.” yet, they don’t provide any examples of this violence… or their prevalence, which warrants this bullshit extremist labeling. because it does not exist.
excerpts:
animal rights extremism (U//FOUO)
A movement of groups or individuals who
ascribe equal value to all living organisms and seek to end the
perceived abuse and suffering of animals. They believe
animals are sentient creatures that experience emotional,
physical, and mental awareness and deserve many of the
same rights as human beings; for example, the right to life
and freedom to engage in normal, instinctive animal behavior.
These groups have been known to advocate or engage in
criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an
attempt to advance their extremist goals. They have targeted
industries, businesses, and government entities that they
perceive abuse or exploit animals, including those that use
animals for testing, human services, food production, or
consumption.
(also: animal liberation)
ok, fuckass. what are these “acts of terrorism” they’re known for? violence? even groups like the alf/elf (who our governmant [in other words, corporations] loathes and puts on most wanted terrorist lists), HAVE HARMED NO ONE. EVER. and they certainly don’t have a history of violence. or terrorism. wtf?! known to plot acts of violence? prove it. known by who? because the answer glaringly appears to be NO ONE.
and wtf – since when is believing that animals are sentient creatures extremist?! isn’t that common knowledge?!
black bloc (U//FOUO)
An organized collection of violent anarchists and
anarchist affinity groups that band together for illegal acts of
civil disturbance and use tactics that destroy property or strain
law enforcement resources. Black blocs operate in
autonomous cells that infiltrate nonviolent protests, often
without the knowledge of the organizers of the event.
ok, let me get this straight – they call them violent… and then list only “civil disturbance” and property destruction!? and this isn’t even the media spinning/twisting/bullshitting – this is OUR GOVERNMENT. and a federal department (standing army) that’s purpose is to watch us like the gestapo.
green anarchism (U//FOUO)
A movement of groups or
individuals who combine anarchist
ideology with an environmental focus.
They advocate a return to a preindustrial,
agrarian society, often
through acts of violence and terrorism.
…often through acts of violence and terrorism?! like what?! i certainly don’t recall ever hearing about any. ever.
militia movement
A rightwing extremist movement composed of
groups or individuals who adhere to an antigovernment
ideology often incorporating various conspiracy theories.
Members oppose most federal and state laws, regulations, and
authority (particularly firearms laws and regulations) and
often conduct paramilitary training designed to resist
perceived government interference in their activities or to
overthrow the U.S. Government through the use of violence.
(also: citizens militia, unorganized militia)
notice: no mention of any crimes, violence, or terrorism. oh, wait… they want to resist government interference?! NO SHIT!!!!! what reasonable person wouldn’t?!
and my favorite:
patriot movement
A term used by rightwing extremists to link their
beliefs to those commonly associated with the American
Revolution. The patriot movement primarily comprises
violent antigovernment groups such as militias and sovereign
citizens.
(also: Christian patriots, patriot group, Constitutionalists,
Constitutionist)
past terrorist members: george washington, thomas jefferson, john adams, paul revere, ben franklin, john hancock, patrick henry…
this is beyond outrageous. these asshats are seriously suggesting that if you adhere to the beliefs that OUR COUNTRY WAS FOUNDED ON AND IS BASED ON, YOU’RE AN EXTREMIST AND POTENTIAL TERRORIST?!
what the fuck. the constitution is the “highest law of the land.” i guess it’s also a terroristic enemy of the state. how DARE people believe in human rights, checks and balances, and our government’s actual role!?
if you recognize tyranny, you’re an “extremist.” if you’re not a sheep, you’re an extremist. if you breathe, you’re an extremist.
our government has no respect for the people (duh). our government hates us. we’re nothing but socio-political-economic slaves to them. this is a police state. wake the fuck up.
harvest – maroon
Indulge in hatred towards your mental opposition. Protest your anguish. A defiant innocent victim. Comply with the standard that defines oppression. By the hand of what god do we bury our sorrows in? Born of violence, victimized by the sovereign nation. Deliverance. Supported by the creed, thus adorned. Discernment leads to glory for those who will condemn. Absolve affliction for those who can’t defend. Flourish in our madness. Choke what breath is left. Unprovoked malicious acts need to be suppressed. Worn by the silence of this blind revolt. Time offers conscience, torn by this decree. Conviction. It crushed my eyes. Deliver me from my sanity, from this shell of abhorrence. You won’t restrain me. The illness torments. Confined by my lack of resolution. Guilty of one crime which is existing. Burn the liar, repent desire. Detest emotion, sets the fire. I will find some form of justice to end malevolence and this I vow. You won’t forget and I won’t forgive. You won’t decide my fate. You won’t rape my freedom. For I will have my rights. Burn you for your treason. You won’t forget and I won’t forgive you and you will burn.

now we need to ban body armor! and ed rendell treasonously recommends derelection of duty/coercion for state reps
http://www.officer.com/online/article.jsp?siteSection=1&id=46320
yes, now body armor needs to be banned, too. because it harms and terrorizes so many! oh, wait… it’s passive? and completely defensive, in every sense of the term? oh. then it must be a terrorist!
more bullshit. don’t believe the hype.
why should people be denied using armor? from delivery drivers to school teachers to cashiers, body armor has saved the lives of many civilians. oh, that’s right… i forgot. only cops and military (and regular criminals) should have it, because we want to live in even more of a police state…
and people are supposed to rely on the police to magically appear ala superman and save their lives, right? even though they’re almost certain to arrive too late, and even the supreme court said they’re not responsible for protecting the civilians.
Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell said unlimited access to handguns and body armor are intertwined issues that should be addressed.
“If the Philadelphia delegation and the Allegheny County delegation got together and said, ‘We’re not doing anything else until you pass some sensible gun laws,’ if both of those delegations had the guts to do it, they could bring state government to a standstill until reasonable gun laws were passed,” the governor said.
amazing. what an asshat. if i remember correctly, he tried that last year, too… after his partners in crime (philadelphia mayor nutter and city council) illegally passed a slew of gun laws. and then cried to the state reps to change the entire state’s laws, just so that philly can disobey the constitution/PA uniform firearm act. and then tried to strong-arm said representatives when they didn’t cave.
again, folks… here’s your tax dollars at work. a pompous douchebag telling the representatives to intentionally not do their jobs… because they want ridiculous, unconstitutional, unpopular, unwanted anti-gun laws. at worst, sounds like treason. at best, dereliction of duty/coercion.
and rather old, but worth viewing if you’re not familiar
the importance of the 5th amendment. aka: why you shouldn’t talk to the police (or waive your 4th amendment rights). even if you did nothing wrong – ESPECIALLY if you did nothing wrong (ie: how the innocent can get screwed, simply by talking).
“anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law” – notice, it doesn’t say can be used FOR you… there’s reason for that.
long, but worth checking out (i recommend watching at least the first 5-10 minutes or so):
and
although, this one is much simpler and focuses on when you actually committed a minor crime…
and in a similar vein…
alan keyes: govt will stage terror, declare martial law
semi tin-foil, but given recent events…
excerpt:
“It is so clear hat we have now put a faction in place – they are not playing by the rules and they don’t intend to play by the rules – if they were playing by the rules they wouldn’t have tried to identify their opposition as criminals,” added Keyes, making reference to the recent controversy surrounding the release of the MIAC and Homeland Security reports, which implied that Americans who exercise and are knowledgeable about their constitutional rights are a threat to law enforcement and potential domestic terrorists.
Keyes said that the only solution was from the bottom up because our leaders “are so gutless that they won’t even ask that the Constitution be enforced for clear, plain, absolutely unequivocal requirements,” and respond meekly with “their lips shut and their hearts terrorized.”
Keyes also warned of Obama’s agenda to create a civilian security force and said it was part of the ultimate agenda to disarm American citizens and create a police state.
apparently, everyone’s a terrorist, as long as the government says so.
(link) In what appears to be an attempt to address the criticism that President Obama got when the Department of Homeland Security issued a statement and a report on right-wing extremism, the FBI has just announced that terror can come from the “left” as well: the first domestic terrorist named to the FBI’s list of “Most Wanted” terror suspects is Daniel Andreas San Diego, described as an “animal rights activist,” “left-wing terrorist,” and “vegan.”
to declare a non-violent (alleged) criminal activist the most wanted terrorist by the usa is so far beyond absurd that there aren’t even words to fully express it. what corporatist bullshit. our government is so corrupt that it’s sickening. corporations > people. to them, that much is clear. property destruction isn’t even worse than robbery. let alone sexual assault/rape, various forms of killing, ACTUAL terrorism, and etc. wtf?! since when is a non-violent vegan even comparably dangerous to osama bin laden?! wtf. no one was harmed in either alleged “attack” by the suspect. and clearly, the suspect didn’t intend to harm anyone. yet… the fbi declares that the attacks were “violent,” and that he’s a “violent terrorist.”
and to link vegans to this is bullshit. vegans have no party affiliation, nor do they have any affiliation to the “left” or “right.” nor do they have any affiliation to terrorism, despite what the rights-destroying “animal enterprise terrorism act” says. his diet/lifestyle is irrelevant to him being labeled as a terrorist. it’s not like they listed that bin laden’s an omnivore.
first, you suspect/accuse animal rights activists of terrorism. then you suspect third-party supporters of being terrorists. then you suspect those unhappy with our ridiculous government spending/bailouts/economic destruction of being terrorists. you suspect gun owners/defenders of human rights of being terrorists. and now you suspect environmental activists/vegans of being terrorists?! all in the span of just a few weeks. do you see the common denominator yet? IF YOU DON’T AGREE WITH OUR CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, YOU SEEM TO BE UNDER SUSPICION OF BEING A TERRORIST – from pacifists to gun owners, all can fall under the umbrella of terrorism. this is totalitarianism. this is tyranny. this is the destruction of rights. this shouldn’t be tolerated by anyone, regardless of political party or idealogy.
and on a lighter note – so those who bought guns recently are apparently “right-wing,” and vegans are apparently “left-wing.” so what are gun owning vegans? how about gun owning, third party supporting vegans? and let me guess – the ultimate terrorist is the gun owning, third party supporting, environmentally concerned vegan?
fuck you, and fuck anyone stupid/ignorant enough to buy into this crock of bullshit.

montana steps up for state/individual rights, flips the bird to the batf/federal govt
as an update to this post:
(this is HUGE. montana just sent a message to the federal govt/batf that’s NOT just bark and no bite. this is serious bite. i’m sure the federal government will try to strong-arm them, but it’s already been made clear that MT values their sovereignty, so the federal government has less leverage)
hb 246 easily passed the montana state legislature and was signed into law by their badass governor, Brian Schweitzer. if only most politicians were like him/them.
strangely (or not really, given the ridiculous corporatist/leftish bias of the major media outlets), this was barely given any coverage. but here’s an article about it.
Gov. Brian Schweitzer has signed into law a bill that aims to exempt Montana-made guns from federal regulation, adding firepower to a battery of legislative efforts to assert states’ rights across the nation.
“It’s a gun bill, but it’s another way of demonstrating the sovereignty of the state of Montana,” Democrat Schweitzer said.
Since the law applies only to those guns that are made and kept in Montana, its impact is limited. The state is home to just a handful of specialty gun makers, known for recreating rifles used to settle the West, and most of their customers are out-of-state.
But supporters of the new law hope it triggers a court case testing the legal basis for federal rules governing gun sales.
“What we need here is for Montana to be able to handle Montana’s business and affairs,” bill sponsor Rep. Joel Boniek, a Republican and wilderness guide from Livingston, told fellow lawmakers during the bill’s House debate.
The measure is one of many introduced by state lawmakers across the nation seeking to confront what some see as a federal overreach into state matters that will be extended with the national stimulus plan.
Along with the gun bill, Montana legislators are considering a resolution that affirms the 10th Amendment principle that the federal government only has those powers that are specifically given to it by the U.S. Constitution.
“The whole goal is to awaken the people so that we can return to a properly grounded republic,” Rep. Michael More, R-Gallatin Gateway and the Montana resolution’s sponsor, said at a House committee hearing Wednesday.
As many as fifteen other Legislatures have also been mulling resolutions that buck federal control in states such as New Hampshire, South Carolina, Missouri and Oklahoma.
“The balance has swung far to the extreme to the empowerment of the federal government, and to the harm of the individual states,” More said.
i hope this plays out well. at any rate, props for leading the charge to take back rights.
and i’m no lawyer, but given that the federal basis for the nfa and gca is interstate commerce (which is rendered moot by the bill’s provisions), they’ve established what appears to be a pretty firm case. of course, we can never under-estimate government corruption, which the courts are certainly not free from (as evident by 4 justices that voted against people’s rights in the heller case).
and alaska is following suit, with a similar bill that passed their house 32-7.
homeland security and you. if you’re reading this, you’re probably considered an “extremist.”
it’s almost amazing how hard these bastards are trying to disarm us. ed rendell is begging congress for gun bans. what a surprise.
again – this isn’t just about guns. it’s ultimately about power. our government is at the threshold of absolute power. and the only thing that’s still in their way is an armed populace. we’re already screwed – we’ve been slaves to the federal reserve for many decades. and our rights have been under assault for a long time. and at an incredible rate, in the last decade. the bill of rights is now a joke. the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th amendments have been effectively dismantled by a slew of illegal/unconstitutional legislation/acts (patriot act, carnivore, rendition, suspension of habeas corpus, ditching the geneva convention and using torture, fisa, national firearms act, the 1986 gun ban, the 1994 gun ban [and importation ban], gitmo, and etc. they even set up the “department of homeland security” – whose purpose is to spy on us, for the security of our government. the right to peacefully assemble/protest has been wrecked – many areas have actually (ironically) taxed or tried to tax the tea party protests. the last dnc and rnc were met with massive police brutality, corruption, and even pre-emptive raids. gazillions were arrested for protesting our government…and many, before they even had a chance to protest (rnc) and (dnc). this is a police state.
and now they’re stepping up their efforts against those who exercise their first amendment rights (and are making a move against the tenth amendment). they’ve just declared that their political opposition are extremists/terrorists. and they’re trying to pass a bill that allows them to shut down websites of anyone they deem “extremist,” which turns out to be virtually anyone who disagrees with them. this is how to obliterate free speech. this is GLARINGLY unconstitutional.
in response to the outrage of learning (i’m not republican, but here’s some republicans’ criticism of it) about the dept of homeland security memo, janet napolitano actually had the gall to defend it.
“Rightwing extremism,” the report defines in a footnote on Page 2, goes beyond religious and racial hate groups and extends to “those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely.”
apparently, the tenth amendment is a “right-wing extremist.”
ALL OF THIS IS TREASON. it’s all against the constitution, against the people. how can we benefit from having less rights? even less power? the only winners in these cases are the government/bankers (federal reserve). and the cfr/bilderberg group, if they’re behind it (i don’t want to don the tin foil hat just yet, but there’s just way too much coincidental evidence to discredit).
and what’s ironic in our government trying to chip away at the second amendment is that’s the very reason why the second amendment exists – the founding fathers knew that the right to bear arms was the last check of the checks and balances, and they knew that it was necessary for the people; to prevent a tyrannical government or to give the citizens the means to overthrow a corrupt government.
which brings me to …the RIGHT to bear arms shall not be infringed. it’s a RIGHT. as in… a fundamental human right. just like free speech, privacy, due process, and assembly. and just like those rights (and moreso), it’s being stripped away. for those buying the bullshit about “finding a balance” between rights and “gun control” – it’s a contradiction. a right is a right. if it can be taken away, it’s not a right. if it can be lessened or “balanced” – it’s not a right. that’s the very point of putting it on the bill of rights. furthermore, it’s the right that’s there to defend the other rights.
and the best part – they’re dead wrong. the facts simply do not support their claims. gun control has failed, time and time again. their so-called “assault weapons” account for only 1% of gun crime. dc had a complete handgun ban for 30 years, and their gun crime went UP. and stayed up. england has a total gun ban, and their violent crime is sky-high. i could go on and on, but that’s what the link’s for.
if you’re not familiar with the difference between “assault weapons” and regular semi-autos, this will definitely be worth watching.
and if you don’t know what an assault weapon is*, it’s an even better watch. especially if you have feelings against them.
the bottom line is: the police are surely NOT “outgunned” (even if ed rendell just said so), the “common sense” gun laws proposed are devoid of common sense, “gun-free zones” = easy targets, and gun control only keeps guns away from the law-abiding citizens. criminals, even by very definition, do not follow laws. and to think otherwise is ignorant, at best; and insane, at worst.
but hey, don’t take it from me. take it from this guy (gun laws favor criminals).
and i hate that i’m saying this… but i actually feel like the cliche “the matrix” analogy is now startlingly valid. our (especially federal) government and major media outlets clearly have no respect for us, and want us to stay ignorant, complacent, and sheepish. from the 16th amendment/federal reserve to the assault on the bill of rights, it’s clear that we’re nothing but pawns and dollar signs to them. it looks like it’s time to decide which pill to take. be informed and likely enraged/frustrated/targeted, or be ignorant and perhaps find bliss as a sheep.
“hope and change” is a lie. it’s the same tyrannical, systematic rights removing, powermongering government as before. the only thing that changed is the posterboy. don’t believe the hype.
and something to look out for. a short, very good read. ie: click on it, dumbass.
* unless you realize it’s a trick statement.

idiots’ guide to the new world order and hyperinflation
over a year old, now… but still a decent watch, if one doesn’t know who the cfr is, or understand their prominence in global politics/puppetry.
former chairman of the cfr:
For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as “internationalists” and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure — one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.

this is also sorta old-ish news, and has been predictable since our deficit went from insurmountable to ‘hahahahahaha, yeah, right… we couldn’t pay that in 1,000 years!’ i’m not sure how many people actually realized how much debt we’ve incurred… it was absurd before the financial collapse/bailouts/federal reserve $ disappearance… but in the last few months, it’s gone completely out of control. and has made me question their intentions, as the only possible endgame seems to be to print more money (and screw over everyone) and switch to the amero; as a fallen dollar would make it more enticing (or simply less uninviting) to form an economic union with canada and mexico.
good video, even if the sinister effects are over the top…
